Our Fair Process

We have always had a great respect for the relationship between people and nature, know-how and traditions. Since its creation in 2001, Sullivan's has been committed to:

- Contribute to sustainable local development, by improving the living conditions of local communities by safeguarding their work tool.
Malagasy farmers become actors in their own developments, which they support, and promote so that these projects are sustainable!
Our Quality Process
Aware of economical issues, the quality and food safety of our products are in the center of our concerns, from harvest to delivery to our customers.
It starts with the quality of the product through sourcing the authentical vanillas.
In partnership with our local structure, we develop preparation methods that respect the product, their perfect physicochemical, bacteriological and organoleptic compliance.
Because the satisfaction of our customers is our priority, we guarantee full traceability including quality of service.
To meet this promise, we are committed to a dynamic and efficient quality management system to be as close as possible to the needs of our customers while respecting regulatory and environmental requirements. It is for these reasons that we have decided to obtain ISO22000 certification for the SAVEURS & SENS production site.
Our goals for tomorrow:

- Respect Good Manufacturing Practices and guarantee transparent traceability
- Take into account and analyze the complaints and requests of our customers to optimize our processes
