Sullivan's Industrie Madagascar (SIM) owns 10 Hectares of land located in the heart of SAVA, where we grow our own vanilla.


We have also selected more than 800 planters sharing our convictions about vanilla.

At maturity, the enzymatic process is started end we care about drying until reeching the best quality on our site in Ampanefena


Once sorted and calibrated, a small part will be used for direct selling and the rest is exctrated.

In order to obtain a very complete aromatic range we extract the beans using differents temperatures and alcohol content in our factory in Ampanefena.

the SIM being an approved exporter organizes all the shipments.

Concentration
Customization

Once delivered in our factory (Montauroux FRANCE), the extracts can be assembled or concentreted to reech our custumers technical datas
